A butterfly of violet light. Two 8.4 mm marquise-cut crystals in tanzanite purple and two smaller ones meet at a black bead to form a butterfly on top of this ring. The split black shank is lined on both rows with matching tanzanite crystals that carry the color down the band.

The ring is solid 316 stainless steel finished in IP black (ion plating). Ion plating bonds the color to the steel for a finish that is far more durable than ordinary plating. It won't tarnish or turn your finger green.
